Prestige Rental Estate is the trading name of Prestige Rental Properties Limited, a lettings management business working in the affordable housing sector across the United Kingdom. We manage homes let at below-market and social rent levels on behalf of landlords, housing providers and leaseholders, and we handle the day-to-day work that keeps those tenancies running properly.
Our work covers the full lettings cycle. We advertise vacant homes, reference and onboard new tenants, prepare tenancy agreements, collect rent, and manage deposits in line with the relevant protection schemes. When a repair is reported, we log it, instruct a contractor and follow it through to completion. When a tenant falls behind, we make contact early and set out the options in writing.
Affordable housing lettings come with a set of obligations that standard letting agency work does not always cover. Compliance with funding conditions, rent-setting rules and reporting duties sits alongside the usual landlord and tenant law. We keep records that stand up to scrutiny, so owners and providers can evidence what was done and when it was done.
